Meridius Prime is not an official service of the State of Geneva. It republishes and presents data published by SITG; it does not create legal information.
- Official sources prevail: the Feuille d'avis officielle (FAO) for publications and deadlines, and the State's dossier tracking (SAD) for their status.
- Indicative appeal deadlines: Meridius Prime computes them as 30 days from the approval it observed. The real date depends on the official publication.
- Data may be incomplete or late: the State publishes status changes with a variable delay, and history starts only when Meridius Prime went live.
- Approximate locations: a dossier's point and the nearest address may not match the plot concerned exactly.
- Regulatory information is indicative: zones, plans, heritage, constraints (polluted sites, natural hazards, water protection), controlled housing and noise values come from public layers and may be incomplete or out of date. Only the official RDPPF cadastre extract and the authorities' decisions are authoritative.
- No legal advice: to assert your rights (objection, appeal), check the official publication and, if needed, ask a professional.
