Geneva, parcel by parcel
About and sources
Last updated: 15 Oct 2026
What Meridius Prime is
Meridius Prime maps every building permit application in the canton of Geneva, records how their status changes, and emails you when a dossier appears or changes near you, in a municipality or for one specific dossier.
Its wider aim is to show how Geneva is changing, parcel by parcel. Building permits are the first layer; zoning, buildings, heritage and upcoming projects will follow.

Limitations
- Status history starts on 11 Oct 2026, when Meridius Prime went live. Earlier changes are not known.
- Appeal deadlines are indicative: 30 days from the approval observed by Meridius Prime. Only the official publication in the Feuille d'avis officielle (FAO) is authoritative.
- A dossier's location is the point published by SITG; the address shown is the nearest one and may be approximate (“near”).
- Older dossiers (before about 2000) are incomplete and hidden by default.
- The State may publish status changes with some delay.
What Meridius Prime is not
